This is my film and TV work page. Here you’ll find some clips, stills and many pieces of the music I’ve written for various documentaries and feature films. Most recently, I’ve produced 50 minutes of original music for the BBC’s ‘Dambusters Declassified’, directed by Sam Wichelow, with voiceover provided by Martin Shaw. It was interesting to weave in some elements from the original ‘Dambusters’ theme here, which was written by Eric Coates. I weave strands of this melody into the background music at various tempos, in various styles. Much of the music here is synth pads and organs, violin and violin loops, piano, bass and mandolin.

You’ll also find a video clip here with the trailer for ‘Robot World’, a non-verbal documentary by German film director Martin Hans Schmitt. The soundtrack is best described as neo-classical in style, it is music to sink into and drift away with. The music is scored with strings, loops, piano, and bass. Just over 50 minutes of music in total here.

The DVD of ‘Robot World’ is now available from my shop, priced £15.
‘Robot World’ CD now available
The film score CD for ‘Robot World’ is now available from my shop. It’s a shrinkwrapped CD in a card case and is selling now for £5. The music will fill your head, I hope. This release is only available via my site and at concerts.
Another clip is from a Portuguese director I have often worked with, both on feature films, documentaries and in fact on videos and album previews for Sieben releases, João Paulo Simões. Add to this the work he did for me on making a full-length DVD feature to accompany the release of the Sieben ‘High Broad Field’ DCD and it adds up to a lot of work together. Here, we see a short film entitled ‘Where Her Dreams End’, with music by myself.
