Spring blog

Spring time, concerts and releases

Spring at last! And a new release. My Robot World film score is now out, and for sale via my site, and myself at concerts. A simple release strategy: Saying 'its out' here and now. Simple enough even for the likes of me ;)

Moscow and Milan were stunning concerts with lovely audiences. Special thanks to Oleg and Olga for their kind hospitality, and good food sensibilities and knowledge. Next up is Opole, Poland, tomorrow. Am building up my strength as I type, to give as good an account of myself as ever, for that.

Further on, more concerts, with old friends Hekate, in Germany, and In The Nursery in Sheffield at The City Hall Ballroom, May 5th. This really is a must-see show and one of my few Sheffield or UK dates this year. In The Nursery, in their home town too, along with Neil McSweeney, David Thomas Broughton and Poland's Job Karma. An incredible event and part of a fantastic Sensoria Festival programme of events throughout the city.

And finally, more talk of In The Nursery, as their excellent album 'Blind Sound' is out very soon. Details here. It was a pleasure for me to add some strings and loopy things on this album.

Hope you enjoy Robot World.
